IVF Less Successful in Overweight Women

In vitro fertilization (IVF) and assisted reproductive technology (ART) are both difficult processes with the success rate dependent on several factors, including the mother’s health. One such health issue affecting those rates and carrying a subsequent fetus to term is body mass index (BMI).
